RESERVATIONS FOR YOUR SPECIAL EVENT, WEDDING, OR GATHERING
We love assisting our guests in celebrating special occasions or just hanging out with friends. Vermilion Valley Vineyards guests have the option of reserving space during our regular business hours or after business hours. Our Menu and Wine List are available for events and gatherings.
During Business Hours:
Before 6 p.m., Vermilion Valley Vineyards can accommodate parties of up to 12 people. This is a general reservation of tables and no rental fee and no minimum purchase are required. For a private reservation, our beautiful loft is available for up to 30 people. Other options are available; please call or e-mail us with your request.
After HoursVermilion Valley Vineyards can host your private event for up to 100 guests. Please call or e-mail us with requests. We offer the option of purchasing food from our menu, using your own catering service, or bringing in your own food. All beverages must be supplied by Vermilion Valley Vineyards. No outside alcohol is permitted.
There is a minimum purchase of one case of wine for every 25 guests, plus tax on the rental fee and a gratuity. We will uncork and serve the wine and you can take away any unopened bottles!
Wedding Information:
Vermilion Valley Vineyards is about one mile east of Birmingham in Northeast Ohio. Our award-winning, environmentally friendly building occupies high ground surrounded by lovely meadows, over 6,500 classic-variety grape vines and numerous other plantings. The surrounding picturesque vineyards and rural setting offer the perfect location to celebrate your special day!
